10-Night Quito and Galápagos Inner Loop
Celebrity Flora
October 9 to 19, 2026
We’ll be greeted on October 9, 2026 at the Quito, Ecuador airport by a Celebrity Cruises representative and transferred to our hotel on our first day.
On October 10, 2026, during a guided tour of the capital of Ecuador, situated at an altitude of 9,350 feet, we'll stand on the equatorial line at the Half of the World Park and Museum, and visit the marvelous monasteries of San Francisco and Santo Domingo. Our tour director will escort us throughout our Quito stay and serve as our personal concierge, arranging spectacular views and gourmet meals.
On October 11, 2026, we’ll be transferred to the Quito airport for our flight to Baltra, Galápagos, where naturalist guides will transfer us to the ship.
During the next seven days, October 12 to 18, 2026, we will enjoy the luxury of the Celebrity Flora, while typically making two excursions a day to view the stunning landscapes and unique wildlife throughout the islands.
We’ll learn about the history and iconic features of the islands: the volcanic cones, black sand beaches, red sand, white sand beaches, costal tide pools, blue-water grottos, mangrove ecosystems, lava flows, collapse craters, hornitos orlava ovens, historical pirate coves, and spectacular Darwin Lake.
We’ll see the remarkable and unique wildlife, including shore birds, Galapagos Hawks, sea lions, marine iguanas, Galapagos fur seals, colorful tropical fish, sea turtles, the endemic Galapagos penguin, frigate birds, blue-footed boobies, red-footed boobies, land iguanas, and of course the Galapagos tortoise.
We’ll have lots of opportunities for hiking, scenic zodiac rides, short easy walks, guided long walks, and snorkeling.
Before heading back to Quito, we'll see the National Park Service tortoise-breeding center and the Charles Darwin Research Station.
On October 18, 2026, we’ll be transferred to the airport in Baltra for our flight to Quito, where we’ll be met by a cruise representative and escorted to the JW Marriott hotel. We’ll have dinner at the hotel that night and breakfast the next day before being escorted to the airport on October 19, 2026, either for a return home, or for our next flight to Lima, Peru for those joining us for the Peru/Macu Picchu optional add-on.
